It's super cute as is, or toss it over black for a dramatic effect. It's brilliant under a sparkling clear topcoat or just enjoyed on its own.

DARK MATTER has a gorgeous shifty violet-black base and silver and black holographic glitter sparkles. Like most glitter lacquers, it has a bit of a glitter texture when dry, so it really benefits from a thick glassy topcoat to smooth out the glamour.
